Sushi 101

My sister-in-law (who is now also my neighbor as of August!) and I love sushi. Our hubbies do, too. So this past Saturday morning we took a free sushi-making class at Kona Grill. It was so much fun! We learned how to make California Rolls, Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls, and Shrimp Ebi. After the class we got to take our creations to the sushi bar and eat them. Mmm-mmm-mmm. Did I mention it was FREE?!?

We'll be hosting a sushi party soon...Who's in???
