ahhh... i remember this age very well too.... we had just moved from alaska to wyoming - the MOST boring place for a 14-year-old. i had just left all my BFFs in AK, and was extremely hurt and angry with my dad because it was HIS fault (military move).... i remember sitting on the front porch of our new house in WY bawling my eyes out, when my mom came out to "comfort" me.... to which i said, "i am sooooo depressed... i think i just need to take some volumes." ha ha - obviously before my drug-induced days (which would come later).... but that should have clued my mom in i guess.... she just thought i was being a typical teenager...
anyway - i will pray as well.... i have not forgotten, and pray that i won't forget when my daughter enters teenage years that i was once a teenager and how extremely difficult (and confusing - good word sarah) this time really is.
and agreed... she is very lovely indeed... she obviously takes after her mother! :-)
i love this girl so so so much too! and she is beautiful like her mama!! i am praying for my little chica and please let me know if i can do anything! i would be more than willing to take her on a date! i will even straighten her hair curl by curl!
she's beautiful! :-) wow, i remember being fourteen... it was terrible. tell her some 17-year-old she doesn't know says it gets better... even if it isn't completely better for me now, it's a million times better than it was when i was 14.

Thanks, Sar and Dar. It's so comforting to know that there are Godly women out there lifting her up along with Freddy and me.
