Tough Questions
Joey is still so sick.
I can't seem to get his fever to stay down.
This was our dialogue:
"Mom, I sure hope I feel better tomorrow."
"I know, Bubby. I want you to feel better, too."
This is the part that punched me in the gut:
"But we've been praying, Mom...so why am I still sick?"
I am left speechless and tearful.

Poor Baby Doey!!! We will pray too!!! Feel better Joe :)
Cara, you brought tears to my eyes this morning in carpool...as many questions as we have (and as hard as they are coming from those with such great faith, kids) He is still the Great Physician. Jesus I thank you, in advance, for the complete healing of Joey's body. For the removal of all fever, TODAY. Restore his energy and strength, and let his healing be a testimony to his faithful parents, those who read this blog, and anyone else....
We are praying...
Thank you, Ashlee. Thank you.
Cara, his precious first grade friends laid their hands on his desk and prayed for him today. OH, how their faith strengthens me... He is at work!
and you are more than welcome!
